Miss & Mr. India Registration
Guidelines for the Junior and Senior Miss and Mr. Ambassador Competition
1. Participants must model an Indian outfit
2. Participants fill out the following details on the online form by January 10th,2019
- Name, Date of Birth, and Grade
- Community service, involvement, Extracurricular activities
3. Each contestant must answer to question(s) regarding their Indian Heritage and other related topics by judges on the day of the event

Follow D.I.F.I. Miss & Mr World A’Fair Guidelines* as they apply to the Miss & Mr World A’Fair competition-both Junior and Senior (www.aworldafair.org)

The winner and the runner-up of the Senior Miss and Mr. Ambassador competition will be expected to serve as active members of the D.I.F.I. Youth Group for a period of one year.

Upon completing one year of membership into D.I.F.I. Youth Group, the winner of the Senior Miss and Mr. Ambassador competition will represent India during the Ambassador World A’Fair competition the following year.

If the winner of Senior Miss India is unable to compete in the Ambassador World A’Fair competition during the following year, the runner-up will take her/his place.
D.I.F.I. Miss World A’Fair Guidelines
(To be followed as Ambassador World A’Fair guidelines are under review)
Contestants must:
- Be between ages of 15-20 at the time of the pageant and festival
- Be the only representative from a particular ethnic group participating
- Be a member of the Youth Group for one year (must start in September of the year prior)
- Attend scheduled rehearsals with escort, pre-pageant meeting with Advisor and DATV taping prior to the pageant
- Miss no more than two meetings between September and June
- Have application and involvement sheet turned in by February meeting
- Be present at the festival all three days (the only exception is if the contestant is graduating from high school that weekend)
- Participate in the opening parade each day and other ceremonies throughout the festival as needed
- Maintain active membership in the Youth Group
If selected; Miss World A’Fair must be willing to do the following:
- Have an 8x10 headshot taken with crown and sash (and place in a frame) prior to the festival (the cost will be reimbursed)
- Participate in radio/TV print interviews/promotions as needed
- Serve as emcee for Junior Miss World A’Fair pageant Friday evening of the festival
Junior Miss World A’Fair Guidelines
Contestants must:
- Be between the ages of 7-12 at the time of the Festival
- Be the only representative from a particular ethnic group participating
- Attend rehearsals on Thursday evening prior to the festival
- Wear ethnic dress for the pageant
- Have registration forms turned in by April meeting

Seniors Event - Fun Games & Talent Show
Members: Free
Non-Members: $10
We are very excited to bring our first Senior Event of the year. It is a fun-filled event for our Senior Citizens in our community. This event is open to seniors of all ethnicity. All Members and Non-members are welcome.
It is a free event for members and non-members pay only $10 to join the fun.
